On mountain bike there are several forest paths and tracks to carry out this sport all over the nature reserve, sometimes around a lagoon, at other times going deep into the Mediterranean woods. Not very difficult because the ground is practically flat. Enthusiasts of this sport and those who wish to give it a try will be rewarded with a great many pleasurable sensations as they practice a sport.

| You can go fishing in this nature reserve, although not in all lagoons, because for the good of conservation in some places you cannot fish, however these areas are clearly signposted. It is necessary to have the Castilla-la Mancha fishing licence. The type of fishing you can do here is very varied: Boga, carp, barbel, pike, black bass amongst others. |
